Hello!

When I'm not at the gym, working, or studying for school, you can usually find me at a coffee shop, snuggled up with pup , Sonny, spending time with my favorite people, out for a walk, or wandering the aisles of Target with a coffee in one hand and a sweet treat in the other. I truly believe wellness is about finding balance, making room for the things that bring you joy, and enjoying life's little moments along the way.

I'm Kamyra, a 20-year-old wellness coach and preschool teacher from Hopkins, Minnesota. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Special Education; however, my heart has always been drawn back to one thing: helping others build healthier, happier lives. I have an immense passion for strength training, nutrition, and empowering others to develop a healthier relationship with both their mind and body.

Like many people, my wellness journey hasn't been perfect. It's been filled with challenges, setbacks, and lessons that have shaped who I am today, and those experiences are what inspired me to help others navigate their own journeys.

My relationship with nutrition began at a young age. At 12 years old, I was diagnosed with anorexia and spent years working toward recovery. Although I completed treatment, I often felt like something was missing. The focus was always on the number on the scale, but I wasn't taught how nutrition fuels the body or supports long-term health. I wanted understanding, not guilt.

That experience completely changed the way I view wellness.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I immersed myself in learning about nutrition, body recomposition, and strength training. I spent countless hours researching, experimenting, making mistakes, and yes—even following those clickbait YouTube workout videos. Eventually, I joined a gym, and I haven't looked back since.

For the past six years, strength training has become more than just a hobby—it's become one of the greatest sources of confidence, discipline, and purpose in my life. It taught me that wellness isn't about punishment or chasing perfection. It's about learning to care for your body, trust yourself, and appreciate what you're capable of.

Today, my mission is to help women, men, and young adults build that same confidence. I don't believe in cookie-cutter plans or quick fixes. I believe in education, collaboration, and creating sustainable habits that fit your unique lifestyle.

Everyone deserves to feel strong in both their body and their mind. It's a privilege to help others build that connection through integrity, discipline, compassion, and a genuine love for wellness.

I'm still learning, growing, and evolving every day, and I hope to inspire and support others as they do the same.
